Section 1 – TAKING CONTROL – FIRM FOUNDATIONS
To focus your mind on all talents, skills and abilities that you DO HAVE - the beginnings of BELIEF - The Programme starts with a reappraisal of your golf.
This first series of Questions will begin to direct your FOCUS and THINKING and start the process of developing BELIEF in every area of your game.
In Section One you will also learn how to remove doubt, negative thinking and over-analysis from your game. And then we'll introduce you to TRUST - The QLG Pre-Shot-Routine - Part 1.
With solid foundations in place we finish with a Simple 3 Point Plan. Then you're all set to take it to the course, where you will see and feel the difference for yourself.

After Section 1
“I felt really comfortable overall and happy with my play, I enjoyed it and didn’t take any notice of my score. I ended up 2 over my handicap in the end at 7 over but it was the most I had enjoyed my golf with no tension in a long time.”
Section 2 – PLANNING WITH PURPOSE
You'll already have tools and techniques in place for keeping you focused forward. So now is the time for us to set your first target score.
We usually recommend removing 5 shots from your average pre-Programme scores and making your first plan to that number.
The reminder of the Programme is dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need to achieve and exceed the target. And later we'll invite you to set an even lower target.
Section Two is a complete and comprehensive guide to Course Planning and Strategy.
Expect to become disciplined in your approach and committed to every shot you take.
After Section 2
“Your Programme immediately struck some nerves with me … play like you did as a kid; be natural … let your natural swing take over; see the shot you want to hit … not the shot you want to avoid; commit 100% to the shot and the result you want to achieve and visualize the result.
This all made a lot of sense to me and although it is still very much a work-in-progress, I am approaching every shot with an entirely different attitude and outlook.
I am getting better at not thinking of contingencies but rather visualizing the result I want to achieve. I will deal with the next shot when it is time to … I am dealing with the current shot only.
So, although golf has always been FUN for me and a source of great enjoyment … I am now enjoying it even more because my thinking has changed.”
Section 3 – MAKING IT HAPPEN
With your target and plan in place it's time for you to experience the truly awesome power of mental rehearsal.
Expectation equals outcome and mental rehearsal will allow you to create the expectation of playing well, ahead of time. Before you need it, so it's there when you do.
Section Three also includes getting in the Zone, how to clear your mind and eliminating distractions for good.
We'll also help you define a long-term vision for the future of your golf, giving full and due consideration to all elements of your golfing experience.
This is the point in the Programme where you can expect to experience transformation in your approach, your game and your results.
After Section 3
“Prior to engaging Quantum Leap Golf, I simply went out and played, with absolutely no plan…consumed with swing thoughts as a crutch, in an attempt to get me through the round.
The fact is, my swing thoughts never really worked out. My head was consumed with the things I didn’t want to have happen. And guess what, most of those things happened!
Now, I visualize before, during and after the round. I have a plan of attack, I breathe differently and I keep my eyes above the level.
I finally believe in my game and for the most part, I believe/trust my swing. These are completely new experiences.
I am far more comfortable on the course and far more confident. On my way to the course, there is a completely different player projecting in my head. Progress is being made!”
SECTION 4 – THE QLG PRE-SHOT-ROUTINE
And you achieve TRUST by switching FOCUS.
Focus on the outcome you require, see the shot perfectly in your mind, get that feeling of confidence, belief, clarity and certainty. And as that feeling peaks you simply let it rip.
Your new PSR is built in 4 stages.
At the end of each Programme Section we give you the next stage in the development and by the end of Section 4 you'll have your new and complete QLG PSR.
And with that in place you'll discover a whole new level of performance and consistency across every club in the bag.
After Section 4
“-3 after 12 holes, could easily have been -5, finished level. Best score I’d put together for a long time.
Received very positive comments from other members. All felt rather easy. What was most pleasing was my putting which was better than normal.
Funny thing is my feel seemed to heighten when I didn’t give myself any instructions. Felt like a kid again.
Had a negative thought walking down the 1st fairway but flipped it to a positive quickly. Overall exceptionally pleased.

Section 5 – THE COMPLETE GOLFER
You'll have Complete Trust in your swing and Total Belief in your abilities as a golfer. The 10 Essential Elements will be an integral part of you and your game game.

In Section Five we revisit all the major subjects covered during the Programme and make sure you have everything you need for the future.
We'll also cover defining new goals, keeping in touch and staying up to date.
Before The Programme
“I am a 4 handicap now and play about 5 times a month. My rounds are all over the place, I can shoot 80 just as easy as I can shoot 72.”
After Section 5
“Since QLG my scores have all been under 73. That is without changing anything other than the way I approach the round mentally.
I think about the shots I want to hit a couple of nights before I play and focus on good outcomes. Then when I get to the holes I have played in my “sub-conscience”, I can swing without apprehension. Its funny but it works.
